Kira Campo has more than fifteen years of professional experience in Arts Management and Administration. Since 2010, she has also gained experience as both a freelance facilitator and a learning and development consultant. She has crafted workshops, designed instructional materials, and delivered guest lectures for organizations such as the New Jersey Education Association, MidAtlantic Employers’ Association and the Federal Reserve, among others.
Kira earned a BA in Social Science from the University of Pennsylvania in 2011, after several years of interdisciplinary study focused on the cultural sector. In 2014, she earned an MA in Art + Design Education from the University of the Arts. Her thesis project focused on the impact of art and design methods on organizational learning. In the fall of 2015, Kira completed a NonProfit Leadership Certificate Program at Rutgers University, Newark.
